The Design center at dvb D+E, does professional Engineering and Product Design to International Standards. The Center uses the latest software tools to analyze the form and function of parts and simulates and manufacturing and assembly process. The solid & surface modeling, sheet metal modeling and FEA capabilities help the customer optimize design, cost and performance in a systematic well engineered manner.

dvb D+E has a well equipped sheet metal facility and press shop. Parts of upto 8' x 4' (2500mm x 1250mm) can be handled. Systematic Quality Assurance plans, stage wise gaged inspection, and good manufacturing practices ensure high quality stampings.

dvb D+E can take a plastic component from the design stage to final production. We can supply plastic parts in a variety of materials (Polypropylene, Nylon, ABS, Delrin, Polycarbonate, High Impact Polysytrene etc.) in all types of sizes - from small intricate parts to large appliance facias - right upto parts that are molded on 1100 ton Molding machines.

dvb D+E exports a variety of machined components. These are manufactured to exacting tolerances from a variety of materials such as Steel, Aluminium, Brass, Copper as well as custom Forgings and Castings. Both conventional and CNC machining options are available. Assemblies incorporating Sheet Metal parts, Plastic parts, Machined components, Electrical parts are also supplied to specific client requirements.
